The project
What they needed, and what I built.
The problem
The specialist’s first consultation was always the same questions, one smoker at a time. And many people never got as far as booking it.
What I built
- A test of a few questions, one per screen: each smoker gets a dependence score and a personal plan.
- A short version on his website that brings new people in, and a full one inside his programme.
- The report on screen, as a PDF and by email.
- Health data handled with separate consent, and deleted automatically after two years.
Where it is now
Live since September 2026. People who reach the specialist already know their score and what they need.
