The sketch and the plan

The sketch on /sketch is drawn automatically from what you type. It’s a first idea to start the conversation, not an offer or a promise of what the app will be.

The plan I send you by email doesn’t commit you to anything. Prices in a plan are a range until we agree a fixed price for a phase.

Working together

I build in phases. Before each phase starts, we agree in writing what it includes and its fixed price.

When a phase is paid, the code and data built in it are yours. Where they live, your accounts or mine, is agreed in your plan.

How each phase is paid, and what happens if it stops, is set in that written agreement.

Using this site

Don’t send ideas or messages on behalf of other people without their permission, or anything unlawful. I may ignore messages that look automated or abusive.

Law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can always go to the courts where you live.
