Get your plan

Privacy policy

I only collect what you send me, to send you your plan and handle your request. I never sell it and I don’t send marketing emails.

Who is responsible

Igor Ruiz (KoatchUs) · igor.ruiz@koatchus.com

To use any of your rights over your data, write to me at igor.ruiz@koatchus.com.

What I collect

When you sketch an idea on /sketch: the idea you type, the answers to the quick questions, your email and, if you choose it, how you heard about me.

When you ask to partner with me on /partners: your name, organisation, website, email, what you tell me about your clients and how you heard about me.

With each of these, where you came from on that visit: the tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source=linkedin), the site that sent you and the page you landed on. The page holds this in memory while you’re on it; nothing is kept on your device.

With an idea sent from /sketch, the sketch itself (your idea and the choices behind it), so you can open it again from a private link in your confirmation email. Only that link opens it.

Your browser’s user agent is stored with ideas, to spot spam. Your IP address is used for a short time to limit abuse and is not stored.

How the site is used: the pages you visit, the steps you take on /sketch (for example that you answered the questions or opened your plan request, never what you write), your type of device, the language, and the link tags and site that sent you. Without cookies and without storing anything on your device: your IP address and browser become a code that changes every day, so I can count visits without knowing who you are or following you from one day to the next.

What for

To send you the plan you ask for and handle your request.

On /partners, to handle your request to work together.

The visit counts, to see how the site is used and which channels bring people. They don’t identify you.

On what basis

Your consent, which you give when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to me; that doesn’t affect what was done before.

For the visit counts, my legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used. They store nothing on your device and don’t identify you, so they need no consent.

Who helps me, and where your data is kept

Vercel hosts the site. The part that receives your forms runs in the EU (Frankfurt).

Supabase stores the ideas and requests sent to me and the visit counts, in the EU (Frankfurt).

Resend sends the emails (your confirmation and my notification), from the EU (Ireland).

How long I keep it

If there’s no project: 12 months from the last contact. After that I delete it.

If there is one: for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, for invoices).

The visit counts: 12 months.

No marketing emails

I don’t send marketing emails or newsletters. I only write to you about what you asked me for.

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to send you a copy. Write to igor.ruiz@koatchus.com and I’ll answer within a month.

If you think I’m not handling your data properly, you can also complain to the data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Booking new projects

Your idea is one line away.
